Our Mission
At First Coast Companions, our mission is to bring care, love, and a family touch to every visit. We believe seniors deserve more than help with errands or appointments — they deserve meaningful connection, dignity, companionship, and the comfort of knowing someone is truly looking out for them. We created First Coast Companions to help Jacksonville seniors stay independent while keeping families connected and informed. Whether we are stopping by for a companion visit, helping with groceries, providing medication reminders, or sending an update to a loved one, our goal is always the same: To make every client feel cared for, supported, and never alone. We want each family we serve to feel like we are working together as one team — one extended family — with the shared purpose of helping their loved one live safely, confidently, and joyfully.

Ana Williams is the heart behind First Coast Companions.
For the past 11 years, Ana has worked at Mayo Clinic as a concierge in the Executive/Medallion Program, where she has served as one of the first and most trusted faces patients and families encounter at Mayo Clinic’s highest level of care.
Throughout her career, Ana has built a reputation for exceptional customer service, compassion, professionalism, and the ability to make people feel comfortable, valued, and cared for. She has received recognition for her outstanding service and for the warmth she brings to every interaction.
But what truly sets Ana apart is who she is as a person.
Ana is a loving wife, mother of three, and one of the most compassionate people you could ever meet. Her personality shines in everything she does. She has a natural gift for connecting with people, listening with patience, and making others feel like family.
First Coast Companions was created from that same heart — to provide seniors and their families with dependable support, meaningful companionship, and peace of mind.
